Ritique jewelry is designed and produced to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. To preserve the beauty and shine of your jewelry, here are some general tips for care. If you have any additional questions or concerns on proper care and maintenance of specific pieces or stones, please contact us at info@ritique.com. We are always happy to answer your questions.

  • Periodically check the clasps, chains, and settings for signs of wear.
  • Clean your jewelry in warm water and mild soap to remove everyday buildup. Pat dry your piece using a clean chamois cloth.
  • Avoid exposing jewelry to harsh chemicals like bleach, detergent, solvents, and cleaning products.
  • Remove jewelry before swimming in chlorinated water or the ocean. Avoid wearing them to the gym or during workouts.
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, or other household chemicals that can affect the shine of your piece.
  • When not being worn, store all Ritique jewelry in its original case, a velvet-lined box, or non-leather storage pouch. Store each piece individually to avoid damage to delicate surfaces.

Repairs

Unless item arrives damaged, all repairs are made at customer’s expense. Please contact us at info@ritique.com  to make a repair request. In your email, please include your name, address, phone number, picture of the piece, and a detailed description of the repairs needed. We will then provide an estimate for the repair along with further instructions.

Custom Ring Sizes

As much as we try to stock a variety of sizes, due to the unique designs and nature of the product, we cannot keep all sizes available at all times. To check availability and to place any custom size order, please email us at info@ritique.com.

Orders & Shipping

Orders can be placed online at www.ritique.com at any time. Orders will be confirmed within 24-48 hours during normal business days. Complimentary 2 day shipping is provided for all orders at checkout. If an item is out of stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock or for custom orders are typically between 3-5 weeks. If the item is ready before the expected delivery date, you will  be notified via email with all the information and tracking details. In the event that we aren’t able to stock an item you have ordered in a reasonable time, we will reach out to you with details about receiving a refund for the full purchase price.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours if ordered by 3:00 PM (ET). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Orders may take longer to be processed during holiday season or when there is a high volume of orders.

Overnight US shipping can be provided for a flat fee of $35.00

International Shipping

While we do offer international shipping for our customers outside of the US through carriers like FedEx and UPS, please note that items may be subject to customs duties and import fees depending on the destination country. Ritique Fine Jewelry does not take any responsibility for additional import fees. The recipient of the item assumes the role of importer of record and is responsible for all import fees.

Prices reflect US dollars before tax is applied. If your bank debit or credit card is in a different currency from USD, the final price shown will be calculated according to the exchange rate of your local currency on the day the transaction is processed.

Returns & Exchanges

We at Ritique are extremely confident you will be satisfied with each and every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we accept product exchanges, or issuance of store credit. We do not issue refunds. All return or exchange inquiries must be issued within 7 days from the delivery date of your order. Special orders are considered final and do not qualify for returns. 

If you purchased an item from one of our stockists and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. The online Ritique store is only responsible for items purchased from Ritique.com.

At Ritique Jewelry, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (ET).

Site Information

While we do our best to make sure our online catalog, products, descriptions, and prices are as accurate as possible, mistakes can occasionally happen due to technical glitches or human error. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will only honor the actual price. We will first reach out to notify you of the changes and offer you the chance to cancel the order. We reserve the right to update products, descriptions, images, and prices at our own discretion. All prices are firm and non-negotiable.

Product Imagery

All images are designed to show the product as accurately as possible. However, please note that there may be slight differences in the product from its image. Depending on the size of your monitor and display settings, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Color settings of your monitor or screen can also affect the image.   

All total carat weight is accurate within .05 carats as provided by our suppliers. As our pieces are made by hand, some slight differences can be expected.

Ritique Fine Jewelry, Inc. and any other product or service name, slogan, logo, imagery, or description listed on our site are trademarks of Ritique. No asset may be copied, imitated, or used without the written consent of Ritique Fine Jewelry, Inc. or authorized trademark holder. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, and Ritique Fine Jewelry, Inc. names or logos are the sole property of their respective owners.
