Does Sales tax apply to all orders?

Sales tax is based on the origin of Ritique Fine Jewelry LLC, in Orlando, FL. All orders or customers who live in FL are required to pay sales tax.

Does Ritique Fine Jewelry have a brick and mortar store?

Currently we do not have a storefront, but we are carried in many retail boutiques. Please refer to our Stockists page to find a location near you.

How can I track my online order?

A customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order. They will provide your tracking number as your product is shipped.

Can I return a sale or promotion item?

Items on sale are treated as a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can Ritique refuse a sale?

We reserve our right to refuse or cancel any order that violates terms and conditions as determined by Ritique Fine Jewelry, Inc.

Will Customer Service ask for personal information?

For the safety of both parties, in the case of high value items the customer service representative may ask for further information for identity verification. This may include but not be limited to a Driver’s License, and a copy of the first page of a back statement with numbers blacked out. This is to safeguard ourselves as well as our customers.
