Orders & Shipping

Orders can be placed online at www.ritique.com at any time. Orders will be confirmed within 24-48 hours during normal business days. Complimentary 2 day shipping is provided for all orders at checkout. If an item is out of stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock or for custom orders are typically between 3-5 weeks. If the item is ready before the expected delivery date, you will  be notified via email with all the information and tracking details. In the event that we aren’t able to stock an item you have ordered in a reasonable time, we will reach out to you with details about receiving a refund for the full purchase price.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours if ordered by 3:00 PM (ET). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Orders may take longer to be processed during holiday season or when there is a high volume of orders.

Overnight US shipping can be provided for a flat fee of $35.00

International Shipping

While we do offer international shipping for our customers outside of the US through carriers like FedEx and UPS, please note that items may be subject to customs duties and import fees depending on the destination country. Ritique Fine Jewelry does not take any responsibility for additional import fees. The recipient of the item assumes the role of importer of record and is responsible for all import fees.

Prices reflect US dollars before tax is applied. If your bank debit or credit card is in a different currency from USD, the final price shown will be calculated according to the exchange rate of your local currency on the day the transaction is processed.

Returns & Exchanges

We at Ritique are extremely confident you will be satisfied with each and every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we accept product exchanges, or issuance of store credit. We do not issue refunds. All return or exchange inquiries must be issued within 7 days from the delivery date of your order. Special orders are considered final and do not qualify for returns. 

If you purchased an item from one of our stockists and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. The online Ritique store is only responsible for items purchased from Ritique.com.

At Ritique Jewelry, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (ET).
